A group for anyone working on or interested in Apps for Kids in New York City. Apps as in interactive media for phones or tablets, iPads, iPhones, Android devices or on other platforms. Designers, developers, writers, voice actors, composers, marketers, investors, ... are all welcome. There's an "Apps for Kids" Meet-Up in Silicon Valley with 600+ members , and no equivalent in NYC. Each month, we will read and discuss and/or write about a great classic written by various American or European authors. Some of these books we may have read as children or teens, others may be new to us, but all have had a significant impact on readers around the globe and are worth a read, or even a second read. We will meet at a coffee/tea shop or a wine bar each month to discuss the book of the month and share anything we have written about the book, if designated as an optional assignment.
